We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team and play a vital role in managing our inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving and Inspecting Inventory**:

- Verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Inspect all incoming items for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all stock.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels through a perpetual inventory system.
- Organize and store inventory efficiently, following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
- Conduct weekly stock take of designated items.
- Reconcile any stock count discrepancies promptly.
- **Issuing Stock**:

- Oversee the picking and packing process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Issue stock only upon receiving a valid Picking Slip and CMT requisition.
- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements.
- **Storeroom Management**:

- Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and secure.
- Implement procedures to prevent stock spoilage, damage, and theft.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift license (an asset).

Pay: R2 750,00 - R2 759,00 per week

**Experience**:

- Store Controller: 3 years (preferred)
