- Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Co-ordinating labour resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
- Consulting with Architects, Enginering professionals, Technical and Traders workers
- Operating and implementing co-ordinated work programmes for sites
- Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance. quality, cost and safety
- Overseeing the standard and progress of sub-contractors work
- Ensuring all delays and appointments are handled in accordance to the project contract documents
