Trust and Deceased Estate Administrator

Our Client is looking for a a Trust Administrator, Deceased Estate Administrator and Office Assistant.
Scope of work position
- administration, drafting of letters and other documents, like Trust resolutions and, making
- appointments with Clients in order to have annual Trustee meetings, giving Clients feedback, the
- master’s Office, Agents, SARS etc.)
- from reporting the estate to finalization, drafting letters and other documents, corresponding with
- creditors, the master’s Office, Agents, SARS etc.
- 3. Office Manager duties include keeping stock of stationary, ordering other items for the office as
- required, arranging couriers, arranging appointments with clients, managing the diaries of the Head
- of Department and Managing Director, keeping the lists and other reporting documents up to date
- for meetings with stakeholders.
- 4. Catch up on outstanding work
- 5. Pressurized to do late minute items
**Requirements**:
- 1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Trust and Estate administrator at a reputable attorney firm, fiduciary company, or financial institution;
- 2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- 3. Strong computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office products;
- 4. Willing to work in a team but can function independently.
- 5. Salary: Market related and negotiable according to experience.
- 6. Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans
