**Job Details**:
Communication
- Communicating with requestor for complete clarity on work to be performed
- Communicating with maintenance and operations before equipment is taken out of service
- Communicate with hub Q/Cs and planners on status of work and deviations

Business Development
- Maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters
- Communicate with hub Q/Cs and planners on status of work and deviations
- Attend Meetings
- Report deviations to divisional manager and to hub when required

Safety & Equipment
- Coordinating equipment downtime
- Ongoing planned and annual shutdown maintenance
- Assisting with development of annual overhaul/shutdown schedules

Personal Development
- Utilize standby phone during office hours for communication and hand over to senior
- Sign out completed work with time sheets attached and hand over to financial clerk
- Ensure that all work is captured in the planning book
- Ensure that all scoping is send to respective QCs and plant planners
- Communicate the work status, POs outstanding or in hand, paperwork status and supervisor on standby

**What Will You Bring To The Table**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Planner position
- PRIMAVERA Project Management Tool System
- Must have Matric/Grade 12
- A completed relevant tertiary qualification
- Must have petrochemical experience

**Skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge
- Demonstrating knowledge of construction
- Managing several projects with the support of junior planners
- Knowledge of plan-making and project evaluation
- Ability to analyze information
