Cape Town, South Africa Intelligent Debt Management Full time

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing the best financial position for our clients by:
1. Successfully negotiating with credit providers on all Debt Counselling eligible accounts.
2. Providing solutions and advice to clients’ financial problems, specifically with regards to assets and accounts not eligible for Debt Counselling.
3. Efficiently managing the life cycle of the client from when you accept the client in your pipeline through to assigning the client to legal.
4. Providing the client with financial protection on their debt with the help of Credit Insurance.
5. Providing the client with financial security on their income and household expenses with the help of Life Cover Insurance.

Ensuring time from Accepted to Assigned to legal is within standard company and industry SLA's

Act as intermediary between credit providers and clients
- Delivering high client satisfaction to all stakeholders by:
1. Ensuring the client experience is of highest quality whilst the client is with you.

2. Supporting both client and credit provider throughout the negotiations process.

3. Establishing, building and maintaining effective relationships with credit providers and internal stakeholders.

4. Ensuring work done is done with precision and high quality.
- Effectively manage workload.

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed a Degree/National diploma in either Finance / BAdmin / Science / Law
- Must live IDM's values
- Must be **confident** and well spoken
- Must be client centric
- Exposure to insurance industry - advantageous
- Exposure to sales industry - advantageous
