**Salary**:

**Description**:
Your main function is to assist in whatever manner necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the business while providing an excellent standard of customer service and create profits for the stakeholders.

Further duties will include motivating and management of your team to achieve set sales targets, securing new business and maintain stock levels in line with buyers requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate qualification, BUT Tertiary Qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working as a Parts Department Manager at a franchise dealership using Automate / Evolve
- Clear criminal record and credit record without no judgements
- Understanding the current market
- Ability to manage your team to achieve set targets (profits and customer service)
