**Job Description**:
The Skills Programme on offer is a contact centre support course, and upon completion you receive a **certificate of completion towards some Generic Management Modules as well as the opportunity to enter into the financial industry by completing your RE5 exam.**
The programme will take place at your worksite _(face to face or virtual)_, and is powered by Ucademy - a registered and accredited learning institution.

**What key themes will the course cover?**
- Generic Management NQF5
- Regulatory Exams (RE5)
- Personal Mastery
- Basic understanding of the Contact Centre environment and the Financial Industry.

**Qualifications**:
All welcome to apply.

You must be unemployed, and have a Matric Certificate (or equivalent).and a tertiary qualification on NQF 4 level as minimum.

In order to complete the programme, you must be prepared for:

- 12 month’s commitment;
- 16 hours of classroom training per month;
- 10 hours of self-learning per month.
- Internet / Wifi access for virtual training
- Access to MS Office (Word and Excel)

Access to computer or smart phone

Additional Information

Person must at least be one month unemployed
