Minimum Requirements:
Matric

1 -2 years previous clerical experience preferred

Logistics or Transport Industry Experience advantageous

**Duties**:
Vehicle Procurement Requisition (VPR)

Ensure tracking systems are updated

Ensure safety equipment functional

Ensure licensing, branding, service & maintenance are all up to date

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, reporting on Violations, K53, inspections, theft, wear and tear on vehicles

Vehicle Bookings to be done as and when required

Responsible for movement and storage of stock and vehicles off site

Skills Required:
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access software

Knowledge of basic computer hardware & the operation of office equipment, such as copiers, phones, printers.

Professional, excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a faced paced environment

Detail Orientated

Willing to work long hours as well as weekends when necessary

Hours:
Monday - Friday 08h00 - 17h00

**Salary**: R 15000 per month Negotiable
