**Purpose of the role**

The data capturer plays a vital role in ensuring that all invoices received are captured correctly on the system.
- Reporting To_: Finance Manager
- Subordinates_: N/A

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Capturing of all invoices as received by suppliers
- Capturing of all company information on company’s computer system
- Ensure that all information on the invoice is correct before entering data

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years data capturing experience
- Computer Literacy
- A valid Matric Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Deadline driven.
- Exercise discretion and Confidentiality.
- A valid driver’s license and own car would be an advantage

**Job Type**: Temporary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salt River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
