This role will be responsible for optimizing the Sales & Marketing financial management procedures. It will contribute to financial planning, preparing financial reports, and implementing best practices in financial administration.

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and or Similar Field**

**3 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper and or Similar Role**
- Creating purchase orders and processing invoices for the Sales & Marketing team
- Processing travel requests for the department
- Request invoices from suppliers timeously
- Work closely with the Admin Managers and Finance Managers to correctly allocate department’s expenses
- Process the department’s expense claims
- Process the departments credit card and reimbursement weekly
- Gather, analyze, interpret relevant financial data for the departmen
- Evaluate and optimize financial controls and procedures
- Prepare Flash Reports, month-on-month variances and Year-on-Year variances, and budgets
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
