- Culinary / Chef Qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience
- Restaurant experience and a la carte background

You will also require skills and knowledge in:

- Stock Rotation
- Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
- Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Current trends and cooking techniques

We are also looking for the following attributes:
