**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:

- Comply with company service standards and procedures.
- Assist staff and managers with daily general administrative/ other requests.
- Check, sort, file and update computer invoices, job cards, warranties, and retail prices.
- Process branch claims and print submissions.
- Distribute information to relevant departments.
- Label documentation for packing of parts.
- Capture information in required manual and computer files.
- Continuously maintain high levels of productivity and good customer service.
- Any ad hoc admin/ other responsibilities as and when required.
- Good understanding of/ comfortable working with numbers/ mathematics/ statistics/ financial information.
- 1 to 3 years administration experience.
- Experience with warranty claims beneficial, but not required.
- Good verbal and written business communication skill in English.
- Computer literacy skills.
- A hard working, reliable person who is deadline-driven.
- Organised and good attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and go the extra mile.
- Contactable references.
