**Job Overview**
The Branch Administrator is responsible for all the administrative functions within the branch.
**Role and Responsibilities**
Filing and admin:
- Ensure the office filing systems and requirements are in line with SOP's, ensure all admin documents and filed (physically and digitally) in line with SOP's.
Stock management:
- Purchasing
- Place purchase orders as requested by management and authorized by the CEO.
Inventory:
- Manage the branch stock taking process.
- Make stock adjustments as necessary.
Cash Handling and Control:
- Ensure branch petty cash is handled and stored in line with SOP's
- Ensure branch petty cash is reconciled and investigate discrepancies where they occur.
- Manage, together with the managers, all controllable branch expenses.:
- Manage branch petty cash within guidelines.
Branch support:
- Co-ordinate and maintain the relevant H&S branch documentation.
- Co-ordinate IT issues and branch relevant service providers.
- Prepare and Co-ordinate PAYE & UIF, pension fund payments together with Bookkeeper.
- All branch admin related functions and instructions given by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Security sector experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs, specifically Outlook and Excel and Word.
- 3-5 years administrative experience.
- Valid driver's license with own transport
- NO criminal record

Package & Remuneration
R 8000 - R 10 000- Monthly
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Malvern, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- administration: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's code 08 (required)
