Permanent

Design and operate mineral processing plants for the extraction of rough diamonds from Kimberlite and Alluvial deposits.

Utilize knowledge of sensor-based equipment for fluorescent recovery during the extraction process.

Develop and implement process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID).

Perform mass balance calculations to optimize plant efficiency.

Draft initial baseline workflows and progress to final process plant designs.

Travel occasionally to various global destinations for project assignments and customer engagements.

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and develop prospective customers.

Utilize metallurgical drafting and calculation programs proficiently to support design and operational activities.

**Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the design and operation of mineral processing plants, with a focus on diamond extraction.

In-depth knowledge of diamond extraction processes from Kimberlite and Alluvial deposits.

Proficiency in developing and interpreting process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and mass balance calculations.

Experience in drafting initial workflows and final process plant designs.

Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments and customer engagements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in metallurgical drafting and calculation programs.
