Our client is seeking a suitable person to fulfil the position of Administrative Lead.

The position entails coordinating diaries, dealing with general inquiries, office administration, travel arrangements, booking of venues on behalf of al least 6 senior personnel as well as contacting clients and stakeholders as it may be required by the team.

The post of Administrative Lead (AL) requires excellent interpersonal and administrative abilities. Daily engagement with multiple clients, departmental officials and internal staff in a friendly and efficient manner is required. The AL must have very good communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. It may take several attempts to finally get an answer on an outstanding matter. therefore, the AL must not get discouraged easily and remain diligent in the execution of required duties.
