**Supabets Sales Operator To be placed at Supabets Kiosks (Contract Position)**

WC - Bellville, Wynberg

NR - Polokwane

MP - Nelspruit

**Duties**:

- To be present at the kiosk on all scheduled hours on the scheduled day and perform mandatory daily check-ins and check-outs
- Sale of MoMo Products and Services via MoMo-enabled Agent Terminal issued in accordance with standards required by the company and Achieve Set VAS Sales Targets
- Consistent daily rebalancing of MoMo Agent Wallet
- Minimum VAS Targets
- MTN airtime and Data sales target of R7000
- All Net airtime and Data sales target of R3000
- Betting vouchers/Lotto sales of R2000
- DSTV payments target R5000
- Provide customer service and educate the customers on MoMo, products available, and all MTN Products and Services
- Complete Target New MoMo Customer Wallet Registrations
- Complete Target Number of new SIM registrations
- Log any disputes that arise from sales on the appropriate escalation points given and respond to customer
- Ensuring that the Kiosks are clean, presentable and being kept in good condition
- Ensure that all the electrical equipment within the Container is in working order, and only used for the purposes of distributing MTN Products and Services.
- Issues should be reported to regional support and HO immediately on occurrence
- Communicated to business upon becoming aware of any damage, and/or any potential damage, risk; or threat to the Spaza Container
- Ensuring that any promotional or advertising material as maybe provided by MTN from time to time to the Container Operator is always displayed on the Screen in accordance with the directions and requirements of MTN
- Should the in screen be non-functional to escalate to be immediately escalated to HO

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Have your own Functional Smart Phone
- Financial background and sales agent background
- Previous experience in the MoMo and Telecoms environment will be

advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Literacy in Microsoft Office
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to self-manage and must be able to work on weekends and holidays

and after-hours
- Trustworthy and reliable

Remuneration: Stipend (Performance Based) + Commission (will be discussed in the interview)
