Senior Technicians with Printer, Pabx

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and installing new printers & copiers
- Providing routine service and maintenance
- Writing diagnostic reports
- Providing demonstrations & customer training
- Providing excellent customer support and service
- Managing schedules and customer emergencies
- Keeping abreast of all the latest technologies & practices in the industry

**Requirements**:

- 5 years+ experience in Printers & Copier servicing & installations
- Must have own vehicle to use for work
- Computer Literate
- Detailed knowledge of computer & copier management software
- Must have good IT skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
