You will be working as Talent Acquisition Partner and will be part of the Human Resources division based in Modderfontein, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition in Process Automation Business Area and will be responsible for executing talent recruitment in South Africa in line with regional and global strategy, processes, tools and frameworks. Building of a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and supporting in recruitment related projects and activities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and HR Services teams to ensure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations
- Providing expertise, market insights and consultative guidance to ensure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach with the best fit to the business needs

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related careers
- Minimum five years of experience working with senior positions and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, seeking professional and managerial level positions in engineering
- Experience in the local market of South Africa. Experience making job offers and working hand in hand with the compensation area
- Experience working in Multinational companies or prestigious consulting firms with services at a regional or global level (is a must)
- Knowledge or experience working with some CMR platform as phenom, workday etc.
- Experience with full life-cycle recruitment with industrial segments
