Goodwill by Space Age Co is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged individuals and communities through various social initiatives. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist Volunteer.

As a Social Media Specialist Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in helping us spread our message and promote our cause on various social media platforms. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement social media strategies that engage our audience and increase our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our organization and its initiatives.
- Create and curate engaging social media content (e.g. posts, videos, images) that align with our mission and values.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and share insights with our team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Experience in creating and managing social media content for a brand or organization.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.

This is a remote, unpaid volunteer position with flexible hours. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in social media management, work with a passionate and dedicated team, and make a positive impact in your community.
