Intermediate Inbound Consultant

**Must be fluent in French, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian.**

High end inbound DMC is looking for an Intermediate Inbound Consultant. We are looking for an energetic go getter, who is customer centric and is skilled at selling predominantly Southern and East African safaris, including associated services. We would like a top intermediate.

Responsible for:

- Creative and out of the box planning and designing of itineraries
- Processing of reservations from quote to finalising, including reservations, invoicing and travel documents
- Professional servicing of our dynamic direct guests
- Proactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible safari for the guest

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3-5 years reservations experience preferably in a tour operating environment (inbound)
- French/ Italian/Spanish would be an advantage
- A good knowledge on any of the following destinations - Tanzania, Kenya, Zanzibar, Zambia, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Uganda, Seychelles
- A good knowledge on FIT and Groups policies and procedures
- Communication skills and a good command of the English language
- Tourplan reservations system
- Creativeness, flexibility, high energy and patience
