Sage Analyst

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Supply Chain/Information Systems Tertiary Degree or Diploma
- Sage X3 Certification Advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and guidance to the various Sage X3 entities including the day-to-day activities, work allocation, employee relations and performance management
- Provide knowledge, guidance and expertise to Sage X3 users
- Liaising with different departments to resolve Sage X3 related issues and queries
- Coordinate financial year-end activities to ensure Bill of Materials, routings and standard cost estimates are accurate and according to standards
- Sage X3 Process improvements and automation using existing functionality and specialized tools
- Training and upskilling of new users and existing users in Sage
- Updating of training and SOP documentation.
- Report creation and maintenance within SEI
- Review of user access from a SOD perspective
- Implementing and embedding Sage X3 best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support and management of all projects related to Sage X3 requirements
- Resource & activity planning and management to achieve optimal and timeous results on operational and project related requirements
- Ensure rapid turnaround of Sage X3 requests to meet service levels agreed with the rest of the business
- Periodic performance reporting to Senior Management

**Role description**

Support and guidance to the various Sage X3 entities, providing vision and expertise in the SupplyChain/Finance environment, providing the necessary leadership and skills to effectively ensure accurate andtimeous support and assistance to the Sage X3 entities. Documenting and updating processes and procedures, andperforming periodic checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of the various Sage X3 entities.

**Salary**: R850,000.00 - R980,000.00 per year
