**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years restaurant / Hotel Banqueting / F&B Management experience
- Qualification in Hospitality (Advantageous)
- Must reside in Gauteng, with extensive travelling between restaurants (Gauteng & KZN)
- Knowledge of the highest level of F&B customer service
- Sound knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and departmental administration
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working with people
