Telesales Processing Clerk

A vacant position needs to be filled for Telesales Processing clerk in the Sales Department. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving and processing orders for delivery. The duties and responsibilities, skills and requirements are listed below.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Capture telephonic orders received on the system
- Query orders that are on hold on a daily basis
- Distribute orders to order clerks and ensure it is processed
- Follow-up on orders on hold with the relevant credit controllers
- Liase with dispatch on all captured orders that need to be dispatched
- Investigate on all processing errors and implement corrective actions

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of products
- Knowledge of Sage or the ability to learn Sage quickly
- Able to communicate with other staff/management
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Able to handle challenges

**Requirements**:
A proven work experience of at 5-10 years as a Telesales Processing clerk

Must have organization and excellent communication skills.

Must at least have a matric with Accounting and Mathematics

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

- Orders Processing: 2 years (preferred)
