Job Title: Counter Salesman

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the right electrical items, appliance spares, or refrigeration products.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize basic computer skills for tasks such as inventory management and sales processing.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing.
- Keep the sales counter and showroom area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in electrical items is required.
- Additional experience in appliance spares and refrigeration is highly desirable.
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in Afrikaans or Sotho.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dedicated, dependable, versatile, and adaptable.
- Must make own transport arrangements.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

- Vereeniging, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
