**We are looking for a reliable and self-driven and experienced Fleet Controller individual to join our team.**

**Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Conducting drivers’ induction,
- Good knowledge on policies and procedure for loading
- Good knowledge of dispatching, tracking and briefing of drivers.
- Improve the safety of company vehicles and drivers.
- Fine management.
- Vehicle tracking and management.
- Vehicle maintenance, roadworthiness and licensing.
- Vehicle utilization reporting.
- Daily vehicle inspection.
- Daily/weekly reporting.
- Management of devices used by drivers.
- Management of compliance of drivers on company policies procedure, road regulations.
- Insurance claims for vehicles
- Obtaining quotes for repairs, services and tracking.
- Management of rental vehicles, including booking.
- Management of live tracking and checking sheet reporting.

**Competence Requirements**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of road regulations
- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
- Effective Communication, Decision making skills.
- High sense of urgency
- Interpersonal skills

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience.
- Matric
- Certificate/Diploma/BCom in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Computer Literate
- Drivers License (Own Vehicle)
