Logistics Planner/customer Liaison

**How you'll role**

**What you'll do**
- Print 1st and 2nd fixes report on CRM on a daily basis
- Work off the 1st and 2nd fixes to pre-plan deliveries to clients
- Work off sales order fulfillment report to print pro formas due for deliveries within the next week
- Contact clients to confirm the delivery date
- Hand in pro formas to the warehouse packers to pack stock
- Ensure that there is a collection or delivery date written
- Ensure all stock is reflected in Pastel before submitting for invoicing
- Liaise with the warehouse team for next-day deliveries
- Process invoices on CRM upon return and submit them to accounts
- Assist with daily capturing, reporting, and document collation
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and the warehouse logistics department
- Track and follow up on customer orders
- Order stock when required to assist as a backup
- Handle service calls queries and log all services call with relevant suppliers
- Update clients daily on the progress of the service call logged
- Arrange collections and deliveries with the courier
- Execute all reasonable tasks assigned by management

**What you'll need**
- A Matric qualification/certification
- A minimum of 12 months of administration experience
- A clear ITC and criminal record
- Computer literate with Microsoft systems
- Intermediate Pastel and Excel skills (essential)
- The ability to work independently and efficiently and to assess priorities with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional telephonic and written communication skills
- A methodical and assertive attitude
- The ability to multitask, working independently and with accuracy
- The ability to execute tasks in a highly pressurised environment
- A keen eye for detail
- To demonstrate experience in data collection, data entry, and management
- To demonstrate the ability to work within a results-oriented team
- Problem-solving and interpersonal finesse
- ZOHO CRM experience (advantage)
