**Junior Medical Receptionist**:
Our client a Maxillo-Facial and Oral Surgeon based Roodeport is seeking to recruit a junior medical receptionist to be able to fulfil full receptionist and administration functions and duties within the practice.

**Requirements**:

- To have knowledge of reception duties within a medical practice, ICD10 Coding, theatre protocols, doctor patient confidentiality and how to create a good patient experience
- Efficient diary and appointment management
- Capturing patient information timeously and accurately
- Obtaining medical aid authorisations
- Liaising with hospital and theatre staff in a professional and organised manner
- Preparing theatre lists and co-ordinating with other surgical practices for combined cases
- Submission of medical aid claims
- In-room collection of payments and receipting

**Qualification**:

- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar medical receptionist position
- Elixir live experience will be an added advantage

- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual
- Computer literacy
- Exceptionally well-presented and professional
- Build professional relationships with doctors and patients to promote patient-doctor interaction
