Role responsibilities:

- Recruitment and selection
- On-boarding tasks
- Training & development
- HRMS/HRMIS - capturing and maintaining HR data
- Ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and procedures
- IR - attending and participating in employee disciplinary and grievance meetings
- HR metrics - gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and provide feedback to management
- Manage payroll
