2 beautiful independent pharmacies in Capetown West Coast requires pharmacy floor assistants.
- These stores are located in Sunset Beach and Sunningdale.
- Understanding of stock control and whom are just good with customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers find products and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our pharmacy software system.
- Count and label medication and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain inventory of medication and other health-related products.
- Manage cash register, handle payments and provide change.
- Follow pharmacy procedures for ordering and receiving medication and other supplies.
- Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
- Keep the pharmacy clean and organized.

Collaborate with the pharmacist and other pharmacy staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to use pharmacy software and other technology.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:
The Pharmacy Shop Assistant will work in a busy retail pharmacy environment. This may include standing for extended periods and interacting with customers throughout the day. The position may also require working evenings and weekends.

**Salary**:
The starting salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R5,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
