Candidate Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to provide daily feedback on shortlisting progress.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet client parameters and deadlines.
- Conduct all necessary background checks.

**Requirements**:

- Matric qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years recent recruitment experience within an agency environment.
- Ability to work independently and be well-organized.
- Self starter, strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Passion for the recruitment industry.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
