**Role At a Glance**
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking experienced Medical Care Coordinators to join our in-office services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on the assisted living and healthcare sector, providing on demand responses and solutions. This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during US EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring open lines of communication between caregivers, patents, and healthcare professionals.
- It includes handling administrative duties such as
document verification and tracking visit or call completion.
- Your role is key to delivering the highest standard of patient care.
- Coordinate healthcare services for patents based on assessed needs and care plans.
- Facilitate regular communication among caregivers, patents, and healthcare professionals to ensure the effectiveness of care plans.
- Evaluate patients' progress, revising care plans as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patent needs are met and services are synchronized.
- Maintain comprehensive records of patients' care plans, medical histories, and personal
progress.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, procedures, and home visits.
- Ensure all care delivery complies with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Verify and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Track completion of visits or calls and follow up as required.
- Provide resources and education to patients and their families.

Manage and resolve any conflicts, complaints, or issues that arise throughout the care process.

*Computer proficiency
*Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
*Ability to write clear and detailed reports
*Strong ability to multi-task
*High attention to detail
*Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issue
*A minimum of 2 years of experience working with elderly individuals is required
*Previous experience in healthcare coordination, nursing, social work, or a related field
*A thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, homecare services, and medical
terminology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare Industry Related: 1 year (preferred)
