**Description**:
Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.

HR Administrator’s duties include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with all UIF administration
- Compile all staff uniform orders
- Issue uniforms across the group and ensure all uniform acceptance documentation is signed and kept for recordkeeping purposes
- Create and maintain all employee personal files and the file archiving system by adding and destroying files as per the legislated guidelines
- File all employment documentation into the relevant employee files or relevant folders
- Assist with staff discipline by preparing warnings and desertion documentation
- Assist with compiling and submitting of all Employment Equity and Skills reports
- Send through all companies’ attendance registers to the relevant people on a monthly basis
- Conducting and analysing exit interviews
- Submission of Proof of Payments and Union Member lists on a monthly basis
- Compile New Employee and New Appointment Notices as and when required
- Monitoring PDP expiry dates for drivers and requesting copies of renewed licenses from the various DC’s
- Assist with payroll administration by compiling Payroll reports for leave, Garnishee Orders, UIF and Union Fee deductions
- Manage, update and ensure conformity to HR Policies and Procedures
- Assist with switchboard and reception functions in the absence of the Administrative Assistant

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years working experience
- HR Diploma / Degree
- Have a sound understanding of organisational behaviour
