**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, relevant qualification in fashion, desirable
- Understand Retail Industry, effective planning and organisational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven ability to multi-task and time management
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with strong problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands the customer and responds effectively to her needs
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)

**DUTIES**

**Store Optimisation**
- Allocate new stock & review product allocation and performance in relation to climate / size / store grade
- Review weekly current store performance versus the departmental targets
- Monitor store stock levels, allocate stock to store utilising ratio packs and singles
- Review & alter ranging of product, maximise product sales by extending/decreasing
- Review scarce stock at product level, adjust replenishment parameters
- Review new style performance by store/ state, attend weekly pre-trade meeting
- Monitor best sellers & assess store stock level holding by mark-down and review
- Participate in "Projections, Repeats & Release Review" weekly

**Grading**
- Complete new season templates & gradings, set up template based on the buying cycles
- Use "store sales report" to monitor department sales/stock levels
- Build new stores stock levels to pre-set product stock plans
- Maintain templates and store grading on a regular basis

**Stock Management**
- Monitor flow of stock from available status
- Communicate approved styles and action to get items to store
- Review depth, quantity and replenishment management
- Action weekly product release plan & visit DC on a regular basis
- Ensure markdown stock pushed out from the DC to relevant stores as required

**Analysis and Reporting**
- Track sell through and size availability and provide feedback to Planner daily
- Review daily projections and have a sound understanding of daily / weekly reports

**Planning Administration**
- Maintain planning tools, manage store queries and discuss proposed action
- Ensure markdown, promotion, reprice & recall line listings are all communicated to stores
- Attend team monthly / end of season product SWOT meetings
- Timely processing of costing sheets when goods arrive

**Salary**: R25 R30k dependent on experience
