Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a Reservation Supervisor to join their Sales & Marketing team permanently. The person will be based in Hoedspruit. The position will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and oversee a team of no less than 3 Trade Agents and several direct agents.

Responsibiliities:

- Managing and overseeing the Trade and Direct team (day-to-day operations including performance)
- As and when required assist with various bookings.
- Raises and tracks issues and conflicts
- Build strong relationships with Lodge Operations and various internal teams.
- Sales trips administration and when required attend sales trips.
- Trade shows (in-person and online)
- Online product training
- Sales content creation on all platforms
- Systems administration & maintenance
- Team reporting (weekly & monthly)

- Ability to engage with high network individuals
- Results driven
- Excellent organisational skills
- Meticulous
- Resourceful & creative
- Proactive thinker
- Excellent command of the English language
- Systems Experience: Microsoft 365, eRes, Nebular, Travelyst

**Requirements**:

- No less than 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Computer literate
- English - Fluent
- Reliable transport and drivers license
