As a project manager in Mazars’ growing Advisory business, you will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to set up a PMO office and manage a broad range of interesting and exciting projects through monitoring and evaluation of each project stream. To drive the Advisory agenda and business development while interfacing with Mazars team members, clients, and stakeholders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Create and maintain all templates (Reports, Registers, Projects Plans, etc.)

Tracking of information using relevant systems

Preparation of status reports for different stakeholders

Conduct research

Co-ordinate, organize and manage programme activities

Plan and coordinate workflow across the service lines

Identify relevant tenders for the advisory business

Attend tender briefing sessions, report feedback to stakeholders

Assist business development and coordinate with team members of the department with proposal completeness on behalf of the service lines

Ensure completeness and accuracy of information for tenders and proposals
Maintain communication with the team on deadlines/changes that may occur
Track win/loss for future reference

Work with the marketing and PR teams to promote the different service lines

Co-ordinate and action all events and activities of service lines

**Minimum Requirements**:
Project management qualification/certification advantageous but not essential

Approximately 4-5 years’ experience in a project management function

Excellent project management skills including budget, benefit, administration, schedule and team management skills

Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once

Demonstrated customer focus by evaluating decisions from the customer’s perspective; building strong customer relationships and partnering well to help fulfil their needs

Research & report writing skills

Ability to work in stressful conditions and under tight deadlines

Ability to effectively manage decentralized projects
