Wellington, South Africa Thuma Mina Teaching Full time

**About Thuma Mina Teaching**

Thuma Mina Teaching (TMT) is a non-profit EdTech company with the vision to accelerate access to quality education in South Africa. TMT does so by transforming the Grade 7-12 school curriculum into short and captivating video lessons supplemented by learning materials. These resources are made available to teachers, learners, aftercare programs, and parents at no cost. The materials are distributed, among other platforms, on YouTube, WhatsApp, through broadcasting on National TV, and via QR codes. Our goal is to see fewer learners repeat grades and witness a reduction in the dropout rate, which is very high in SA’s high schools. Our team has a passion for education and a unified goal in mind - to change the South African education landscapefor the better.
