Working as a Product Manager in our Retention Group offers the chance to collaborate with very talented groups of inhouse Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists solving real world problems that have a huge scale of impact across Africa.

Retention are responsible for retaining our customers by continuously providing them with life changing products such as cash loans, insurance, and buy-now-pay-later products.
- **_Digital Financial Services_**_ - We are dedicated to offering our customers financial services, such as cash loans, through our M-KOPA App and across our key markets._
- **_ Eligibility_**_ -Collaborate with data scientists to implement real-time eligibility decisioning, enabling M-KOPA to determine if a customer is eligible for financial services._
- **_ Identity -_**_ Responsible for ensuring M-KOPA users can seamlessly and securely authenticate across our suite of apps._
- **_ Customer Interactions - _**_Responsible for direct interactions with customers, including the native Android app, SMS, and USSD services._

Our hiring process is as much about us selling to you as the other way round. Our hiring process is a series of meetings as follows;
- Recruiter call 30 mins - an introduction to the process and M-KOPA_
- Hiring Team call 45 mins - High level introductions_
- Presentation done at home_
- Task Deep Dive 90 mins - This is where most of the magic happens._
- Final Interview - 30 mins_
