As we redefine logistics, we're seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Description**:
A Driver Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and planning of drivers. The Supervisor will conduct regular audits of the Plus Driver network and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and further recruitment and addition of drivers for stores.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Audit Picup Plus drivers
- Daily planning for problem stores to ensure SLA is met
- Oversee Driver performance to ensure flawless service to customers daily.
- Forecast driver needs during peak days and holidays.
- Handle driver behaviour issues.
- Build relationships with the driver network.
- Provide handover to Account Manager and support teams.
- Ensures that queries affecting driver payments are escalated in time.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and reporting.
- Effective planning and organising.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Capable of handling several different tasks at once and has a motivated attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- No valid warnings.
