Pets4Life Academy is growing and we are currently searching for an enthusiastic individual who shares a profound love for dogs to join our team as an Assistant Dog Trainer. **Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Conducting Dog Training Classes**: Collaborate with our experienced trainers to conduct engaging and effective training classes for dogs of various ages, breeds, and skill levels.

**Tailor Training Plans**: Work closely with senior trainers to create personalized training plans that address the unique needs of each dog and their owner.

**Utilize Positive Reinforcement Techniques**: Employ positive reinforcement techniques to train dogs and correct undesirable behaviors, fostering a positive and rewarding training experience.

**Client Interaction**: Interact with clients to understand their specific concerns, provide guidance, and offer ongoing support throughout the training process.

**Program Development**: Contribute to the development and improvement of training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and remain effective.

**Maintain a Safe Training Environment**: Uphold a clean and safe training environment, prioritizing the well-being of both dogs and trainers.

**Train Dogs in the Academy**: Take an active role in training dogs within our academy, providing hands-on instruction and guidance to enhance their skills and behavior.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:
**In-depth Knowledge of Dog Behavior and Training Techniques**: Possess a solid understanding of canine behavior and proven knowledge of effective training methods.

**Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Develop positive relationships with both dogs and their owners.

**Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment**: Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

**Flexibility in Work Schedule**: Be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate the schedules of clients and contribute to the success of the training programs.

**Passion for Dogs and their Well-being**: Exhibit a genuine passion for working with dogs and a commitment to improving their lives through positive training methods.
