We are looking for an ops manager/ receptionist to join our amazing team based in pinetown.
We are needing someone with previous experience in a trade business enviroment.
Times: 07:00-17:00
Must have own vehicle.
Must have excel knowledge.
Will require after hours phone calls for emergency jobs.
**The daily duties.**
Answering of phones.
Logging of client info
Booking of jobs and quotes.
To compile quotes and job cards.
Pricing and costing of quotes and jobs.
To delegate work to the plumbing teams.
Managing and overseeing plumbers daily. ( booking jobs, route planning)
Day to day admin.
They will also require to over see a small bakery.
Ordering of stock.
Placing orders.
Stock control.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
