Receptionist / Personal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Receptionist/ PA to provide
administrative and operational support to our executive team.
As the Receptionist/ PA, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various activities
- oriented, with impeccable service-levels and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment.
- Provide full administrative support to the Executive, including scheduling and
coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports and
presentations.
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate all travel arrangements.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the Executive, ensuring that all
important
tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and various stakeholders, including other
executives.
- Plan and execute internal and external events, including conferences, meetings,
and events.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making, as well as preparing
reports and presentations on findings.
- Maintain confidential information and documents, handling sensitive information
with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Executive, ensuring they are completed on time
and within budget.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2- 4 years of experience as PA/Executive assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google and associated suite of products
- Ability to adapt to different communication styles and work effectively with individuals at all
levels of the organization.
- Flexible
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Own transport and driver's license
- Coordinate and manage directors' diaries and correspondence.
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Foreshore, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
