**Assistant Bookkeeper**

An established company in property management require the appointment of a presentable and well spoken assistant bookkeeper with experience in online bookkeeping skills, filing, organizing, typing, spreadsheets, printing, copy's, loading of payments, invoice administration, telephone etiquette, team work, assisting financial managers & senior administrators with daily office tasks and admin.

**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Online Bookkeeping & Administration.
- _**WeConnectU system experience an advantage.**_
- Recording information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

**Office Assistant Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- _**Experience as an office assistant, assistant bookkeeper and related field.**_
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver's license.

Your office will be located in Claremont, Cape Town and travel expenses may be negotiated to be an additional benefit to the remuneration.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
