We’re looking for a passionate Senior Tagging Analyst to support delivery of measurement across digital platforms and media. Reporting into the Head of Digital Analytics, you will support the digital product and media teams to ensure they have robust measurement and reporting in place through your work in tagging and work closely with the digital analytics team and other key stakeholders across both the agency and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of the tagging strategy by collaborating with the Product Owner, Developers, Data Analysts, banners and the wider product team.
- Implement tagging solutions to support the collection of data across multiple websites, native apps and digital media.
- Designs analytics configurations that allow the creation of reports for product teams and wider stakeholders.
- Works closely with Development teams to define data and authoring layer requirement and with authoring teams to provide QA and UAT support and to validate change results.
- Performs in-depth investigations to understand the root cause of tagging issues and data inaccuracies.
- Implements & maintains complex 3rd party integrations with various tag management cendors in terms of data collection and data quality
- Manages Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch accounts, properties and views (user-access, data imports, channel grouping settings, etc.)
- Stay connected to the external market to identify the new & emerging trends, technologies and channels which will be powering the digital content growth in future years, and share this insight back into the business
- May be required to also conduct digital analytics and reporting creation

**You**
- Relevant work experience in a technical marketing or engineering role, with an emphasis on analytics tagging implementation and marketing technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Javascript. HTML & CSS would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics tools and UIs
- Knowledge of at least one tag management system. Including: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager/Adobe Launch, Tealium, Signal, etc.
- Knowledge of tagging concepts across both site and traffic generating media. Ad ops/media campaign tagging taxonomy knowledge is a bonus.
- A strong understanding of the development of A|B and multivariate testing platforms.
- Experience with SQL and relational data warehousing concepts, with the ability to also create reports and analysis in web, CRM or digital media a big plus
- Flexibility to adapt to new/unfamiliar tools, data and problems, and experience with or interest in learning programming languages such as Python

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
