Project Administrator

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Print out training material and attendance registers
- Record & Update project progress schedules
- Updating project budgets and expenditures
- Maintaining and updating project training calendar
- Create beneficiary files (manual & electronic)
- Creating and maintaining Project files
- Sourcing service providers as per project requirements
- Capturing of Requisitions and submitting for payments
- Assist in scheduling project meetings
- Attend client/ project meetings as required
- Handle Project petty cash
- Maintain Project inventory and keep track of all office equipment services required
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager.
