**Admin Clerk - Receiving**
**1.** **Duties will include**
1. Daily processing of GRVs and RFCs
2. Attend to claim queries by submitting the request, following up and balancing the claims to the remittance
3. Manage delivers by ensuring that the correct deliveries are sent out
4. Able to work well under pressure and manage tasks effectively
5. General administration
**2.** **Requirements**
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Build and Hardware industry with building material product knowledge
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Computer Literate on MS Office
- Knowledge of K8 would be advantageous
- Effective communication including soft skills, with core focus on customer service excellence.
- Good problem-solving skills able to multi-task
- A team worker who is able to work well independently and with mínimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and able to work accurately under pressure in the fast-paced retail environment
- Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, public holidays, and events as per the operational requirements of the store.
- NOTE: This store is a seven-day operation
