**Actuarial Analyst - Recent Graduate (JB3357)**

**Randburg, Johannesburg**
R18 000 - R22 000 CTC per month
**Duration**: Permanent

- The successful incumbent will enjoy the advantage of collaborating with a diverse range of insurance providers across various product categories and being mentored directly by the departmental Team Leader._

**Minimum Requirements**:
Completed BSc actuarial related degree coupled with 3 - 5 ASSA exemptions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Data analysis: Analysing large datasets to extract insights and trends relevant to reinsurance risk assessment and pricing.
Risk modelling: Assisting in the development and maintenance of actuarial models to evaluate the potential risks and exposures faced by the company.
Pricing and reserving: Supporting the actuarial team in pricing policies and estimating reserves to ensure adequate financial protection for the company.
Financial reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to reinsurance activities, including reserve calculations and solvency assessments.
Portfolio analysis: Evaluating the performance and profitability of portfolios, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
