The successful applicant will be reporting to the Head of Quality, Internal Communications and CAFMS.
**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12
- 3 years Tertiary Qualification **(Red Seal)**:
- +10 years’ experience
- 5 Years **HVAC Technician **experience **(With a Gas License)**:
- Previous experience in developing, implementing and maintaining CAFM systems
- Knowledge of statistics and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Effective administration and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
- Computer literate (MS Office) - high level
- Demonstrate self-motivation
- Manage work effectively to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Deadline and target driven
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Commitment to accuracy and quality
- **Valid Drivers License & own vehicle**
**Position Summary**
- Key superuser of CAFM system
- Promotion of CAFM system
- Develop, implement and maintain parameter specifications by project
- Develop training material, facilitate inception and revision training by project
- Provide system support to all users
- Identify, develop and facilitate performance plans for improvements at system and user level
- Interpreting data, analysing results and preparation of performance metrics and trending reports
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
**Key Accountabilities/ Principal Responsibilities**
Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System and OHS requirements
- Promote the CAFM system to operational resources
- Form part of the CAFM system **(Forcelink) **forum
- System superuser on all projects
- Undertake demonstrations of the system externally
- Host workshops of the system internally
- Workshop CAFM requirements with the operational team for new projects aligned to the specific contractual requirements
- Develop the CAFM system parameter specifications for new projects and liaise with the service provider to configure system
- Undertake system testing aligned to the parameter specifications and co-ordinate finalisation of changes/corrections
- Develop user training manuals incorporating operational project requirements
- Present the system to operational team for approval
- Facilitate operational staff training including practical assessments
- Training assessments reports and analysis
- Provide ongoing support of system to all projects
- Maintain a support call register
- Identify and facilitate additional training where required
- Identify and implement modifications and upgrades to current project systems
- Monthly analysis of data input accuracy by operational users and provide reports to relevant project resource
- Analysis and trending performance data and provide reports to relevant project resources
- Identify improvement solutions and risks on the system
- Compilation of reports
- Schedule, co-ordinate and administer meetings with operational resources to present improvement performance plans, and analysis and trending reports where relevant
- Support the company with ad hoc projects
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: R26,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
