Kzn Ops Supervisor

Our company is looking for a **Dynamic** **Technical Operations Supervisor** to join our **KZN team**, based in **Amanzimtoti**.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Worked in an Operational environment with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of water filtration plants and Components.
- Firm understanding of electricity and electrical components.
- Plumbing and pipework experience - PVC & HDPE.
- General knowledge of pumps & installation.

**Qualifications + Work Experience**:

- Matric certificate / N3 applicable certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years in-field experience.
- Team leader.
- Computer literacy. (advantageous)

**Salary **- dependant on experience.

**Availability** - Immediately.

**Job Description/Duties**:
**1. **Execute operational and technical duties in line with the companies organisational directives.

2. Planning and leading a team of +- 7 members.

3. Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure optimal service delivery.

4. May be required to work flexible hours. Occasional night shifts. Some trips may require being away from home for a few days.

5. Trained to decontaminate/repair and service Reverse Osmosis systems and Industrial Water systems.

6. Trained to monitor and repair Reverse Osmosis systems and Industrial Water systems and analyse data parameters.

7. Required to follow all company policies and procedures as well as ISO standards.

8. Occasional long distance and night driving.

9. Occasionally attend to emergency breakdowns.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
