Junior Estimator

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Review project plans and specifications to understand project scope and requirements for all services we provide.
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to prepare accurate cost estimates for all services we provide.
- Work with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to develop project budgets and timelines for all services we provide.
- Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and ensure that estimates meet their needs for all services we provide.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for labor, materials, and equipment for all services we provide.
- Analyze costs and pricing to determine the most cost-effective solutions for all services we provide.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients for all services we provide.
- Review and update cost estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle for all services we provide.
- Provide the above detailed information to the administrator to send formal quotations to customers.
- Liaise with clients with regards to the progress of the quotations
- We strive to provide customers with quotations within 24 hours and these will be set up as KPI’s.
- Build a database of costing for future reference to make costing and quotations streamlined.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
