Waterproofing Technician

Job Title: Waterproofing Technician (Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform waterproofing tasks, including torch on waterproofing, as well as painting tasks as needed
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
- Estimate project costs and materials needed for each job
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in waterproofing and painting
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians
- Strong knowledge and experience in torch on waterproofing and other waterproofing methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to estimate project costs and materials needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
